As one of the few certified and professionally trained installers in the area, Will Oakley and the staff at NWSP Spokane are very well known in their industry. From signs to vehicle wraps to window tinting - NWSP takes the care and precision necessary to get the job done right. For this reason, they’re known to provide their customers with an unparalleled experience.

“With the best installers, graphic designers, and accessory professionals in town, we can help you achieve almost any vision. We believe that our services far exceed our competitors and we want you to have the best possible experience at a price that fits your budget.”

Will and his team are truly dedicated to their work and their clients. So it’s no surprise that when Don Mason heard that NWSP might be hiring, he jumped at the chance to work for a company that upheld the values he shared. Ironically enough, Don’s friend of more than 20 years, Lief Vickers, already worked for Will. Lief had boasted about the incredible vibe at the office to Don many times. As the company grew, Will needed extra help and Don was a perfect fit.

Don Mason is a man of patience and determination. His philosophy on service reflects that.

“I was trained to stick with the process to see excellent results. That way, we can provide excellent customer service and a job well done!”

-Don Mason

Customer service is at the forefront of NWSP’s workplace culture. In fact, Don says that’s among his favorite things about working here - the people and the culture! It’s easy to come to work when you enjoy your trade and your coworkers. Don is blessed with both at NWSP.

When he’s not tinting residential, commercial, or automobile windows, Don can be found camping with his boys or trying out new restaurants with his girlfriend.
